Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

1 tin no added salt chickpeas, drained and rinsed

250g tinned beetroot

1 tablespoon of tahini

1 clove of garlic, minced

Juice of half a lemon

One quarter of a cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

1.     Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
