Homemade Granola

Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
 

1 cup rolled oats*
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup raw macadamias, roughly chopped
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup honey, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg

 

Method:


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and divide over 2 baking trays.

3. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-18 minutes, tossing halfway. Watch carefully as it can burn quickly!

* substitute for quinoa flakes for a gluten free version
