Do you want to optimise your health through food or have a specific nutrition goal in mind? I can work with you one-on-one to help you get there. I offer in-person consultations in Kirrawee (Sydney, Australia), or online consultations worldwide via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.

As a dietitian, I understand how to fuel your body to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. My philosophy revolves around real food and balance - and I have a strict ‘no fad diets’ policy. I want to help you on your journey to long-lasting health and will work with you to find the most practical and sustainable approach to nutrition that works for you.

Standard consultations

Initial consultation (60 mins) $135

Extended follow up consultation (60 mins) $120

Follow up consultation (30 mins) $75

Consultations include in-depth dietary assessment and analysis, nutrition education, realistic goal setting, personalised eating plans, recipes, resources and more.

Please note that online consultations must be paid in full prior to the appointment.


Kick Start: Initial + extended follow up + follow up = $300 (save 10%)

5-pack: Initial + extended follow up + 3 x follow ups = $430 (save 10%)

10-pack: Initial + extended follow up + 8 x follow ups = $770 (save 10%)

A proportion of in-person consultations may be covered by Medicare, so please check with your GP if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan. Alternatively, you may be able to claim through private health insurance if you are covered for dietetics - rebates are dependent on your level of cover. Upon payment, you will be issued with an invoice that you can submit to Medicare or your private health insurer.
